General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 558h platform ("Platform", "Site" or "we") and its users ("Member" or "you"). These Terms apply to all products, services, applications and websites of 558h.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on this platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using this platform.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on 558h:

• Minimum age is 21 years (21+). The age information provided at the time of account creation must be accurate.
• You must be located in a country or region where receiving online gaming services is lawful.
• You must play in your own name and with your own money. Operating an account on behalf of someone else or using a third party's funds is prohibited.
• Each person may hold only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, they will be closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.
• Employees, contractors, or family members of 558h may not become members on this platform.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on 558h, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. The details required at registration are:

• Full name (as per national ID card)
• Mobile number (active Bangladeshi number)
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Password (at least eight characters, combining letters and numbers)

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) strictly confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is prohibited. The member is personally responsible for all transactions and activities carried out from the account.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Security is ensured through OTP verification.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

558h reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Required documents include a copy of a national ID card, passport or driving licence.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on 558h: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer — may be used to withdraw winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

4.3 Transaction Verification

558h reserves the right to verify the source and legitimacy of any transaction. Additional documents may be requested and processing may be temporarily suspended for unusual or suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be met.

For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Before withdrawing bonus funds, wagering of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once, and claiming the same offer through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 558h reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

5.3 VIP Cashback

558h's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Cashback is provided as a portion of net losses for the week.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on 558h — slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, cricket betting and all other categories — are conducted under specific rules. Each game's own rules apply and are displayed in the game interface.

6.2 Bet Validity

558h reserves the right to void or review any bet if the outcome of a game is affected by a technical error, disconnection or unusual circumstances. Incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a technical error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Responsible Gaming

558h believes gaming is a form of entertainment and should be kept within limits. By following our responsible gaming guidelines, you can set your own limits. Members may request a temporary break or a longer self-exclusion at any time.

6.4 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply separately for betting on cricket, football and other sports. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement or change of result, 558h's decision is final. Rules applicable to multi-bets, handicaps and other bet types can be found in the relevant section.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Any manipulation of or hacking attempt on the platform's software, algorithms or security systems.
• Operating games using bots, automated scripts or artificial means.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or deliberately placing minimum-risk bets to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Using an account for money laundering or unlawful activities.
• Operating an account with a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Unauthorised access to or attempted access to another member's account.
• Threatening, harassing or disrespectful behaviour towards platform staff or other members.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 558h

558h reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• As a precautionary measure due to concerns about account security risk.
• By order of a court or authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

A member who wishes to close their own account may contact our support team. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any verified balance will be withdrawn.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for twelve consecutive months. For inactive accounts, 558h may take the necessary steps after giving prior notice to the member.

Privacy and Data Protection

558h places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. We use SSL encryption and other security technologies to keep your information secure.

• Members' personal information is not sold to third parties.
• Anonymised data may be analysed to improve the service.
• Information may be provided to authorities where required by legal obligation.

Limitation of Liability

558h is not responsible for:

• Interruptions to gameplay caused by a member's own connection problems or device faults.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment service providers.
• Service disruptions due to government restrictions, natural disasters or other force majeure events.
• Any financial loss incurred by a member from gaming — gaming always carries risk and there is no guarantee of winning.

558h's total liability will never exceed the member's total deposits in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

Terms & Conditions Changes

558h reserves the right to change, amend, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Members should make a habit of checking this page regularly.
